Our client wished to end a work seminary with a festive evening including a dinner show. When we saw the date of the event, the theme of this evening was predestined : Chinese New Year. The group celebrated the entrance into the Year of the Dragon, an omen of luck and wealth for the 12 months to come !

Selection of artists et creation of the show
Thematic decoration of the venue
Light and sound production

Coordination with the caterer on site

A troop of professionnal artist to ensure a quality show

After 1 year of construction work in Tourcoing city center, Transpole wished to organize an event for the re-opening of the bus station, implicating the shops of the area.

Our intervention:

Creation of a concept "Sharing around sustainable transports"
Decoration of the bus central station to host the public
Installation of animations: bus/movie, wooden traditional games, recycling crafts, cycling...
Orchestration of animators to welcome the public
Creation of a month long quizz game to help local shops regain customers

Original animations to attract the local population and create of friendly and family atmosphere

Creation of a magical show presented during the internal Christmas party

Our intervention:

Finding the artists for the show: magicians, pick-pockets, mimes...
Creation of the story with two magician hosts
Arrival of Santa Claus and his elves at the end of the show

The "real" Santa Claus arriving on a sleigh pulled by a living reindeer was the highlight of the day for all the children
