Transpole

Inauguration of new bus services in Tourcoing

Tourcoing, France

After 1 year of construction work in Tourcoing city center, Transpole wished to organize an event for the re-opening of the bus station, implicating the shops of the area.

Our intervention:
  • Creation of a concept "Sharing around sustainable transports" 
  • Decoration of the bus central station to host the public
  • Installation of animations: bus/movie, wooden traditional games, recycling crafts, cycling...
  • Orchestration of animators to welcome the public
  • Creation of a month long quizz game to help local shops regain customers

Grand re-opening of a hair Salon

Lille, France

After important renovation, a gala evening was organized to celebrate the re-opening of the salon. An original operation of street-marketing took place the following week-end.

Our intervention:
  • Decoration of the salon for the re-opening evening
  • Catering for 50 guest with a walking dinner
  • Live music by a DJ
  • Creation of personalized flyers
  • Distribution of flyers by 3 hostess on personalized Segways

CGI headquarter inauguration

Grand opening evening to celebrate the new building of CGI headquaters, hosting 500 coworkers and partners.

Our intervention:
  • Decoration of reception spaces
  • Outside lighting and decoration of the building
  • Creation of personalized invitations
  • Creation of a fresco produced with mini-portraits of all coworkers
  • Live musical jazz group
  • Catering for a light dinner cocktail
  • Hostesses and personalized presents
  • General orchestration of the event
