Preparing for the 67th International IFALPA Conference (Associationf Airline Pilots), RL Event assisted the SNPL (French Association) is the creation of the Conference logo, the search for sponsors and the hosting of 700 participants during the 5 days od the Conference : logistics assistance, organization of tourist groupe activities for accompanying spouses, conciergerie services...

Our intervention:
  • Creation of the conference's visual identity (logn)
  • Creation of the sponsoring package in French and English
  • Financial sponsorship negotiation and contract preparation
  • Partenarship for goodies and production of promotionnal material
  • Creation of website dedicated to activity presentation and online registration
  • Participant hosting and conciergerie services
  • Tourist activities for participants and spouses: guided visits, fun activities, team treasure hunt....
  • Logistics assistance during the conference

SNPL (Pilot Association)

Sponsor searching for IFALPA 2012

The agency is in charge of finding sponsors to support the next IFALPA international conference, which will be hosted in May 2012 in Paris.

Our intervention:
  • Producing the sponsor pack in 2 languages 
  • Targeting companies of interest
  • Making contact with potential sponsors (on profesionnal shows and by phone)
  • Preparing sponsorship contracts

Spouse activities in Paris during an international conference

Organization of 2 day trips within Paris to occupy the spouses of participants of an international conference hosted in Paris in June 2012.

Our intervention:
  • Proposition of several tourist activities : museum visits, outdoor guided walks, food discovery...
  • Creation of a personnalized website to present activities, offering online booking and payment
  • English speaking guide for all of the visits, and bilingual host

National Convention on Technological Risks

The National Convention on Technological Risks is organized every 2 years by the French Governement. 800 experts, institutional representatives and associations get together to discuss the latest news and research on the subject. 

Our intervention:
