    Gala evening for AFDET medical convention

    Paris, France - February 2012

    During a 2 day medical convention hosted in Paris by one of our clients, we organized a festive evening inviting 250 doctors and nurses, our client's partners. The idea was to create a festive and fun atmosphere enabling the participants to share in an unformal way, alongside the more official reunions of the convention.

    Welcome into the Year of the Dragon

    Villeneuve d'Ascq, France - Janurary 2012

    Our client wished to end a work seminary with a festive evening including a dinner show. When we saw the date of the event, the theme of this evening was predestined : Chinese New Year. The group celebrated the entrance into the Year of the Dragon, an omen of luck and wealth for the 12 months to come !

    The laboratory wished to adress his clients and prospects in order to present user feedback on one of his leading products. 80 pathologists and laboratory technicians eagerly accepted the invitation.

    Milène joins the team

    Milène (on the left) has joined the team as a Junior Project manager. This picture was taken with the rest to the team working on a Cofidis evening event : her 1st event. Welcome to Milène !

  • New creative lab

    RL Event launches design studio

    August 2012

    To answer the needs on global projects, we have integrated a design studio. From now on, all the communication tools linked with events (logo, programme, signs, paper invitation, promotional flyers) will be created and produced by our creative teams, headed by Pierre Lacagne, with his team of graphists and developpers. Always more creativity !!!

    ARREP's Scottish Summer Night

    June 2011

    RL Event  is a member of the ARREP association, regrouping professionnals of the communication sector of the North region of France. The agency actively collaborated in the organization of the association's Summer Night, contributing with ideas and our network to make this evening a success. This year's theme was "Scottland"... with a bagpipe player as a highlight ! A beautiful evening thanks to a very colourful organization team !
